A dhaba is a roadside kitchen — no pretension, just bold Punjabi cooking made fresh to order. We brought that spirit straight to Fresno.
The tawa, the tandoor, the karahi
Every paratha comes off the tawa golden and stuffed to order — aloo, paneer, gobhi, mooli, or mix veg. Daals slow-cook for hours; the biryani goes full dum style.
